Winklevoss Twins Shot Down Again
Cameron and Tyler Winklevoss have once again failed to convince a court to void their 2008 settlement with Facebook and its founder Mark Zuckerberg. The twins have accused Zuckerberg of stealing their idea for the world's largest social network when the three were students at Harvard, and agreed to settle their claim for $65 million in cash and stock, but since have sought to have the agreement voided on the grounds that they were deceived about the value of the stock they were awarded.

A federal appeals judge on Monday affirmed a ruling made by a lower court saying that the Cameron and Tyler Winklevoss cannot unwind a settlement they signed in 2008 concerning the creation of the popular social network, Fascebook. The twins, along with fellow Harvard classmate Divya Narendra, sued Facebook and its CEO Mark Zuckerberg in 2004 alleging that he had stolen the idea for Facebook from them.
