Slipknot's Corey Taylor Joining Velvet Revolver?

Velvet Revolver and Slipknot are trending today due to the latest rumor that Slipknot / Stone Sour vocalist, Corey Taylor, will likely join Velvet Revolver, replacing original vocalist Scott Weiland (Stone Temple Pilots). Taylor would not confirm or deny the rumors, but hinted at a forthcoming major announcement.

Up to this point there have been many rumors about Weiland's replacement, from Lenny Kravitz to Myles Kennedy, however, Velvet Revolver guitarist, Slash, recently confirmed the band had found their vocalist (someone who was already in a well established band) and would be making an announcement soon.
