For the third consecutive week, average rates for 30/15yr fixed
mortgages fell. 30-year rates hit a new low, falling
to 3.79%, down from last week's record low of 3.83%.
15-year rates dropped to 3.04%, down from last week's
record of 3.05%.
The current rates are the lowest on record since long-term
mortgages began in the '50s.
