Home Values Drop Again

For the seventeenth consecutive quarter, US home values are down. According to Zillow, compared to the previous year, home values dropped 4.3% and are now down 25% compared to their peak in 2006. Nearly 25% of single-family homeowners with mortgages are facing some stage of foreclosure.
